We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive a defective product.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • Any item is missing from your order.

We will evaluate the issue and make every reasonable effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used, including:

  • Opened Whitening Cream

  • Opened Skincare Products

  • Used Cosmetic Products

  • Personalized or Custom Orders

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale Items

  • Gift Cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the eligible item first. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Glow Fair Skin Care will arrange a replacement where applicable.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
